A position exists in our Sydney or Parramatta office for a Client Relationship Executive (CRE).
The CRE is responsible for helping PB to be ‘a positive and highly influential force in the development and operation of infrastructure’ in the water industry in NSW. You will be responsible for generating business and supporting the organisation to meet annual sales and revenue targets. You will be expected to play an active role in PB’s business development and project delivery processes to strengthen client relationships and market share.
Accountabilities include:
~ Achieving sales, growth and strike rate targets
~ Servicing the needs of clients and seeking opportunities to provide solutions
~ Managing and promoting client relationship management
~ Managing and implementing the business development process
~ Positively contributing to business strategies
~ Embracing, displaying and promoting the firm’s values, and ensuring a safe working environment is being maintained at all times
We are looking for someone who has commercial acumen, is a strategic thinker, client oriented and works collaboratively within a professional services environment. You will need to be an exceptional communicator and have the ability to develop credibility and trust, particularly with clients. You will need to be influential and be able to clearly articulate strategy and vision within, and outside, the firm.
For this role you will need to have experience in successfully managing and growing client relationships, have led strategic bids, have broad experience in the water industry and maintain an established network of peers. A degree in engineering, business management or marketing will be highly regarded.
